6. Google Ads API Data and MISA Packaging Ads Reporting
MISA Packaging Ads Reporting is an internal, read-only reporting and keyword research tool used by authorized MISA Packaging personnel. The tool connects to a Google Ads account only after an authorized Google user grants access through Google OAuth.
This section explains how the tool accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.
Google data we access
Depending on the permissions granted and the Google Ads features used, the tool may access Google Ads account and customer identifiers, campaign and ad group settings, ads, keywords, search terms, targeting information, landing-page URLs, performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions, and keyword-planning information such as historical search demand, competition and trends.
The tool does not request or store a user's Google Account password, and it does not access unrelated Google products or services.
How we use Google Ads data
We use this data only to produce internal reports, diagnose advertising performance and traffic relevance, research keywords and market demand, review measurement quality, and align advertising with relevant MISA Packaging website content. The results support decisions made by authorized personnel.
Read-only operating boundary
The tool currently operates in read-only mode. It does not create, edit, pause, enable or delete Google Ads campaigns, budgets, ads, keywords, conversion actions or account users. Any future change to this boundary would require separate authorization and an update to this Privacy Policy before the new use begins.
Storage, retention and deletion
Access credentials are stored separately from ordinary reports and are restricted to authorized personnel and approved systems. Operational logs are normally retained for no longer than 30 days. Analytical reports and aggregated historical comparisons may be retained for as long as they are reasonably needed for internal advertising analysis, security, audit and business recordkeeping, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
An authorized account user may request deletion of Google Ads data held by the tool by contacting MISA Packaging through the contact details on this website. We will delete or anonymize the applicable data unless retention is required for security, legal or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes.
Sharing and prohibited uses
Google Ads data is available only to authorized MISA Packaging personnel and service providers acting on our behalf when needed to operate, secure or support the reporting workflow. Those providers may process the data only for the services requested by MISA Packaging and must protect it appropriately.
We do not sell Google Ads data, provide it to data brokers or information resellers, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, use it for unrelated personalized or interest-based advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Google API Services User Data Policy compliance: MISA Packaging Ads Reporting's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
We use OAuth authorization, access restrictions, segregated credential storage, limited logging and other reasonable organizational and technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
An authorized user can revoke the tool's access through their Google Account permissions at any time. Revoking access stops future collection but does not automatically delete information already included in retained reports. To request access, correction or deletion, please contact MISA Packaging using the contact information published on this website.
